Mogard Gardsmat in Skjåk is a farm that has been in operation since 1888. We produce homemade farm food like kjøttkaker (rissole or meat cakes), karbonader (beef burgers or hamburgers), and spekepølse. For Christmas we also make sylte and okserull. Our summer special is home made rømmegrøt. In addition we have cabins for rent in a beautiful nature setting. Our restaurant has room for 100 guests, and we make arrangements for confirmations, weddings, meetings and so on.
