
| We make store-house dried spekepølse
from an old Skjåk recipe made with beef and pork. These can be
ordered and sent by mail.
In addition we also sell kjøttkaker (rissole) and karbonader (beef
burgers). These can also be ordered here, but can not mailed. Pick it up at our farm in Bismo
only.
In season, we also make sausage from moose and reindeer.
Around Christmas we also make sylte and okserull.
None of our products have any artificial ingredients. |
